When I went to your first class, we had no kpi's and we had 500 service agreements and were doing okay, but struggling to pay bills. Today, we have 3,365 service agreements and we track them constantly. Our sales have increased over $1,000,000 per year and our profits have increased from 2% to 13%. I just wanted to let you know we appreciate all you taught us.

I wanted to take a moment to let you know how today's training went with Ruth King. I have been to hundreds of financial training classes over all my years in the industry. I consider myself as a better than average financial person and ... I learned more today than I have in all the other classes put together.
I don't think others felt this was going to be much of a class. They couldn't have been more wrong. Hopefully other's won't make the mistake that I almost made by not going to this class next time she is here. I too didn't think it was going to be much and decided to go anyway and boy am I glad I did. This class WILL help small one-man businesses as well as bigger 100+ man shops. Everyone would benefit from this class.
I left the class and came straight to the office so I could start implementing some of the things I learned today. Being able to better understand numbers can only make everyone more profitable. Ruth King is amazing.

I have just finished the classes. I just wanted to say thank you, the classes were awesome. I will definitely take away a few things from this class. One being: the tickler, fabulous idea. The words, "We're busy," "We can't," and "No" will no longer be a part of my vocabulary. And last but not least: the four personality traits have really enlightened me, and I will definitely try to incorporate this information on how I deal with my technicians. Thank you.

We started working with Ruth in 1999 when my partner and I bought the business from our former boss. We were under $1 million in revenues. On June 30, 2015 we sold the business for $9,000,000 in cash and walked away. Ruth's help was invaluable in making this happen for us.
Meeting Ruth King was a life changer! We thought we were destined for 16 hour days, 7 days a week until our final resting days. We joined Ruth’s Profitability Group and it changed our lives forever.
We were a small, family-owned-and-operated A/C company with the daily struggles of being the one that has all the answers to the questions. We were using our L.O.C. for payroll, no prepaid service agreements, and buried in debt. We realized that if we did not make some changes, things were not going to get any better.
For the first time ever we had a budget! We sent our numbers to Ruth and she kept us in line, talking me off the edge a couple times. Before we knew it, the first year was done. A quick look back showed we had money in the bank; enough money for payroll and taxes without pulling a line of credit to do it! As we built up our Maintenance customers, and using the large resources Ruth has, we were on our way. We managed to get completely debt free with cash flow not being a constant problem.
We would have not been able to do this without Ruth! If you want results and are willing to listen to Ruth (and do it), you will have the same or better results. She is a friend for ever!
